• Are employees thinking about employment differently?
• How can employers inspire employees?
• How do employees define the ideal workplace?

2008 report concentrates on people, innovation and the changing employment landscape as the key themes. While the economy has changed, the world we live and work in, it doesn’t take the spotlight off of people as the cornerstone to any successful company.
